JOB: Office Manager
We are looking for an Accounting Office Manager to join a small regional office of our global organization. Our office is located in Sacramento, California.

Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to business clients over the phone and possibly in person. Ensure customer payables are handled properly and in a timely manner, and contact clients regarding payment deadlines. Administrative duties (phones, filing, ordering office supplies, etc.). Run the reports in the CRM for Process daily, monthly, quarterly, invoices, commission payout plans. Design a transparent documentation structure in office. Organize international shipment, processing, and documentation. Coordinate and track large inventory shipments twice per year.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree with 2years general accounting and Office administration experience required. Pleasant disposition and client-centered approach. Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Ability to respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner. Self-motivated and work as a team player. Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software. Prefer experience with luxury/high endfootwear or apparel.
